Problem

Businesses want chatbots that answer from their own content, not generic models that hallucinate, and they want them where their customers already are.

Approach

I create and implement retrieval-augmented chatbots and agents: vector search, grounded generation, and guardrails against hallucination. I integrate them into websites, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp Business, delivered through GPT Chatbot.
